Turo Oy was established in Kuopio 1938 and manufactured originally work clothes, army uniforms and sport clothes. In the early 60īs the company began the industrial manufacturing of menīs suits and in the 80īs desided to concentrate solely on menīs suits, jackets and trousers. In 1988 the name of the company was changed to Oy Turo Tailor Ab.  Today Turo Tailor is the biggest manufacturer of menīs suits in the Nordic countries.
